Shipping Information​

For security reasons, we recommend that orders not be left outside your door. If you prefer contactless delivery, please specify any special instructions during checkout, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. However, we cannot guarantee it will be left unattended.

Flights to and from your destination are not included in the trip price, but we can help you find the best options.

Please note that we aren’t able to book flights or purchase travel insurance on your behalf in all regions, but we can recommend services and companies for you.

If you’d like to arrive at your joining point hotel early or stick around post-tour to explore, contact us, and we can help you book extra nights of accommodation.

We don’t have a waitlist, and all trips are first come, first served. People sometimes cancel at the last minute, so if you have your eye on a particular trip that is sold out, we recommend checking our website again to see if space has become available.

Our promotions run for a limited time only, so you need to get in there quickly to snag the best deals. Make sure you’re signed up to our email list so that you’re in the know about future sales.

Individual rooms typically have a double or single bed, but please note that the standard of accommodation will vary depending on your trip style.

*Legends Reward

Beginning 1 July 2019, we no longer issue new Legends vouchers to customers who have travelled on nine, 19 or 29 trips with us.

If you qualified for a Legends Discount prior to October 2015, you’re still an Ultimate Legend and will keep your 10% discount for life. Please contact us for assistance to confirm your eligibility and add the promo to your booking.

Vouchers can be used toward both full-price and discounted trips. Gift vouchers issued by our Customer Care team can only be redeemed against full-price trips.
